The manufacturing process starts with melting
to obtain the aluminium alloy required
for the end use.
The slabs obtained from casting are scalped
to remove casting oxides and get ready
for the following process steps.
The first hot rolling step allows to obtain
hot-rolled coils of over 13 t
and up to 2 meters wide.
Through the following rolling steps
the thickness is further reduced ranging
from 0,006 to 0,300mm.
RollinRollinThe resulting foil is ready for further converting
according to specific customer requirements.
